Trying...

Its about being nice,
by not trying to be nice.

Its about trying to make you smile,
by trying not to make you smile.

Its about making you happy,
by not trying to make you happy.

Its about wanting you to see things,
by not making you see it.

Its about wanting to know you,
by not wanting to know you.

Its about wanting to let you realize,
by not letting you realize it.

Its about trying to be closer,
by being further.

Its about trying to get to you,
by trying not to get to you.

Its about trying to tell you that its YOU,
by telling you that its not YOU.

An un-responded message...

19-Jun-2009
13:18

A question that has been brought up numerous times. But still have yet to have a real answer to it. Maybe we somehow know the answer, but just not realise it. Maybe its our stubborn nature, or perhaps ego, or could be even fear.

But i know somehow we know the answer but we just ain't being true to ourselves. But at the end of the day, i might be right and i might be wrong. Patience is all i have with me. Maybe all these while, it happened to bring out our differences. But sometimes, i feel its a healthy one.

Patience. I hope one day, you'll really understand...

Reasons behind answers...

Why do we wake up every morning?

Why do we take the bus or the train in the morning?

Why do we go to school?

Why do we go to work?

Why do we go to the zoo when we were young?

Why do we like to go to the playground when we were kids?

Why do we buy gifts for birthdays?

Why do we still do the wrong things, when sometimes we know it is wrong?

Each of these questions has their answers to it.
But do you notice what happens when you ask "Why" to the answers of these questions.
Notice how asking "why", gives you an answer.
But asking another "Why", gives you the reasons.

For example...

Why do we go to work?

Answer is as simple as... to earn a salary.

But "Why" do we need to earn a salary?

So the reason for that would be...
To support the family, to ensure we ge to eat everyday etc.

Another example...

Why do we like to go to the playground when we were kids?

Because its a place where as children, we can play and have fun.

But "Why?"...

I'm sure we do get sick and tired of playing at the same playground every weekend. But most would say, the main reason for going there, was to meet up with friends and make new ones.

So maybe you could ask yourself, "Why?"... and "Why?".

Because sometimes the answer is clear to us, but do we know the reasons to it?

"Everything that i've planned has its reasons. You might not know it yet, You might know it later, or You might not know it at all. But all of it, has its reasons. If you trust, and you'll put your mind right, Then you'll eventually find out the reason to your own answers."

Something in that empty box... part 1

There are times when believing is not just about seeing.
There are times when what it is may not be what i seems.

Who are you really?
What drives you really crazy?
What do you really like?
What makes you strong and weak?
What is it that you really fear?
What is it that can make you laugh or smile for no reason?

A million questions.
No answers.

Just like a nice plain empty box.

An attraction of some sort.
But a distraction when amidst others.

Pastel of colors.
Bright yet pale.

People say, "Its just an empty box."

I said, "Its not."

So they asked, "Why?"

And i replied, "Because i've not seen or known what was in there before. And i don't now what could fit in it now, or what it could be used to keep tomorrow. But i know if i keep the box, someday i'll find some answers."

And another question was raised, "What if the search for answers aren't worth the actual answers?"

With the deepest of breaths, "Its a risk in life that one takes."

...to be continued...

Reality...

What is "reality" to you?

Yes, 'Life' is reality. The everyday challenges we face, the hardships, the joy and the sorrows, the pain and suffering. These are real, therefore being the 'reality' about life.

Many decide to run away from reality in different ways. Some decide to live in a 'fantasy' world. Every emotions, feelings, characteristics, based on fantasy. But to what extent can living in a fantasy world take you away from reality?

Why do people wanna run away from reality?

Is it because they are afraid of it?

Or maybe because they totally can't be bothered by it?

I just think that we can never run away from reality. No matter how far we run from it, it will still haunt us at the end of each day.

Reality check...
